Text Message Terms
Effective: 13 August 2026 Last updated: 13 August 2026 Programme: Rhonda Sampson Encouragement Texts
The short version
If you tick the box asking for texts, RhondazStyle LLC may send you occasional encouragement, event reminders and updates by text message.
- Roughly 2–6 messages a month.
- Message and data rates may apply — your carrier charges those, not me.
- Reply STOP to any message to stop them. Reply HELP for help.
- You never have to agree to this. It is not a condition of buying anything or of signing up for email.
1. How you join, and what you are agreeing to
You join only by ticking the text-message box on a form on this site and submitting it with your phone number. The box is never ticked for you, and no one is ever added without doing this.
Giving a phone number is optional everywhere on this site. No form requires one, no purchase requires one, and the app does not require one. If you never enter a number, you can never be enrolled in this programme — which is exactly how it is meant to work.
By ticking that box and submitting the form, you give express written consent to receive recurring marketing and informational text messages from RhondazStyle LLC at the number you provided, including messages sent using an automatic telephone dialling system or similar technology.
This part matters Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. You can buy anything on this site, join the email list, and use the app without ever agreeing to text messages.
When you consent, a record is kept of the date and time, the exact wording you agreed to, the page you were on, and the phone number you entered. That record exists so that both of us can establish later what was actually agreed.
You must be 18 or older
This programme is for adults. Do not sign up if you are under 18. Only enter a phone number that belongs to you and that you are authorised to enrol — do not enter someone else's number, including a family member's or an employer's.
If your number changes
If you give up or change your phone number, please reply STOP first or tell me, so that messages do not continue to a number that has been reassigned to someone else. Numbers are recycled, and this is the single most common way an unwanted message reaches a stranger.
2. What you will receive, and how often
- Occasional encouragement and Scripture
- Event, speaking and workshop reminders
- Notice of new resources, the prayer book, and app releases
Message frequency: roughly 2–6 messages per month. Frequency varies, and there may be quiet months.
Sending hours: messages are sent between 8:00am and 9:00pm in your local time, and not outside those hours.
3. How to stop, and how to get help
Reply STOP to any message from this programme and it ends. You may also reply END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE or QUIT. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been removed, and then nothing further.
Reply HELP to any message for help, or use the contact form at the bottom of this page.
You can also use the contact form and ask to be taken off the text list. You do not have to use any particular wording, and stopping texts does not affect your email subscription, anything you have purchased, or your app account.
If you have opted out and messages continue, tell me immediately and I will fix it. I would far rather hear about it than have it continue.
4. Carriers and delivery
Text messages are delivered by mobile carriers, over networks I do not operate and cannot control.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed. Messages may be delayed, may arrive out of order, or may not arrive at all, for reasons including network conditions, your handset, your plan, roaming, or carrier filtering.
Message and data rates may apply. Any charge for sending or receiving a text is set by your mobile carrier under your own plan and is your responsibility. Check with your carrier if you are unsure what a message costs you.
Not all carriers or handsets support every message type, and the programme may not be available on every carrier.
5. Limits on what I am responsible for
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- The text message programme is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
- I am not liable for any delay in, failure of, or error in the delivery of any message, nor for any act or omission of a mobile carrier or other third party.
- I am not liable for any charge applied to you by your carrier.
- I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages arising from the programme.
- Where liability cannot be excluded, my total liability arising out of or relating to this programme is limited to one hundred US dollars ($100) or the amount you paid me in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.
Messages in this programme are encouragement and general information. They are not medical, psychological, legal or financial advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for professional help. If you are in crisis, please contact a qualified professional or, in the United States, call or text 988.
Nothing here removes your legal rights Some states and countries do not allow certain limitations of liability or exclusions of warranty. Where that is the case, those limits do not apply to you, and nothing on this page removes any right you have that cannot be given up by agreement — including your rights under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act and comparable state laws.
6. Your phone number and your privacy
Your phone number is used to run this programme and to reach you about a booking, an order or an event.
I do not sell, rent or share your phone number, and I do not share text message consent with anyone else for their own marketing. Your number is handled only by the service providers who help deliver the messages, and only for that purpose.
The full detail of what is collected and how long it is kept is in the Privacy Policy. A record of your consent is kept for as long as you are enrolled and for a period afterwards, so that both of us can establish what was agreed.
7. Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The date at the top of the page tells you which version is current. If a change materially affects the programme, enrolled subscribers will be told. Continuing to receive messages after a change means you accept the updated terms — and if you do not, reply STOP.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Questions about text messages?
Ask me anything about this programme, or tell me to remove your number — either is fine, and neither needs special wording.
